how to remove stopzilla spyware, the spyware is stoping my vista computer from unstalling it

OS: windows vista
I have managed to remove the spyware logo from showing it self every time I start my computer. but every time I try to unstall it, it stops my computer from doing this and comes up with a error code. how can I get rid of it? I have threatfire spyware and that won't remove it either! It has stopped the Stopzilla logo coming up when I start the computer.
I got caught out by down loading it for free, but it will cost me £60 to remove it, which was not mention in the agreement!!

Please help!!!! blushing.gif
