UPDATE: Found it thru a search of files on my drive

BTW - I had to to it for several other hp files which is pain in the a**. Instead of plug and play, my day/now evening has been plug and search!!!

I am installing from the HP cd for my 3390 on my XP machine and it won't complete the installation because it needs the file - hppldcoi.dll

This is a showstopper. Where can I find this file?
