Hello-
I want to include a link to a folder that contains files for users to copy, like an explorer folder.

Using Frontpage, I can get it work perfectly with my xp machine, but using the exact same code on a win2k machine gives me errors of "cannot open..."?

Help!

This is the code I'm using:

<a href="file:///C:/apifiles/files/">User Files</a>

I want users to see the files within the folder called "files."

Note: All users will be using either IE 6 or 7

Thanx much!
Joey

Never mind, I'm an idiot.
It worked perfectly on w2k, but I had to open in IE.

It wouldn't work from within Frontpage for some reason?

Thanx anyway.

You're welcome, anyway. tongue.gif I take it that you've set up a server on your computer as the file path " file:///C:/ " is not going to work online for anyone else.
