i dont feel anti virus program is doing its job, i keep finding all of these weird proceses i cant identify

basically im requesting some1 to take a look at my logs and see if i can get rid of some of the problems slowing my pc down. i dont have any specific viruses, trojans, etc to ask about i would just like to have my pc running up to par. thank you for any help
