iTunes store blocked, Cannot get to iTunes store/google earth etc

OS: Windows XP
Hi there, need some advice. I have read all the posts on this subject but nothing is seeming to get through. I am not able to connect to the iTunes store or do updates. Also Google earth is blocked. Nothing has changed with my Firewall and both programs are allowed. I do run Norton 360 and it has been a bit funky lately but both sites are allowed as well. Can someone help? Thanks
