MSVCR71.dll and hotmail account

My computer is saying that the MSVCR71.dll is not found and when I try to access my email through hotmail it will not work. I need some help in figuring out the problem and I have tried to download it but it will not work. Please help?

You need to place it in the System32 folder located

C:\WINDOWS

download the msvcr71.dll again from the same site that xxx1 place in the mentioned site

but this time save to desk top

then open my computer...c:drive....windows...system32..

minimize all windows till your back at desktop right click the zip file open then right click...copy open system32 and paste in system32

try that

I am having exactly the same problems but I havenīt tried to uninstall it tho. It all started without any apparent reason, just came up like that the other day and now I havenīt been able to login for about 10 days...
If anyone could help that would be great indeed!!
