Uninstalling Microsoft Java Virtual Machine [CLOSED]

I am trying to follow the directions, and have gotten as far as uninstalling part of it, but when it starts telling me to delete the following items:

1. the \%systemroot%\java folder
2. java.pnf from the \%systemroot%\inf folder
3. jview.exe and wjview exe from the \%systemroot%\system32 folder
4. The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Java VM registry subkey
5. the HKEY _ LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AdvancedOptions\MAVA_VM Registry subkey

I don't know where to go to do this. Please help me with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <_<

Remove these folders:
1. C:\Windows\java <- folder
2. C:\Windows\inf <- folder
3. C:\Windows\System32\jview.exe and wjview.exe

If you not comfortable editing the registry, skip this step.
Start -> Run, type regedit
Find and remove these keys:
4. The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Java VM registry subkey
5. the HKEY _ LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AdvancedOptions\MAVA_VM Registry subkey
