Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results. <_<

I am a little bit confused, you send to HijackThis Guide and it tells me to install HijackThis Log which will give you the info to solve my problem. That's fine but at the beginning of the guide it says "Before posting a Hijack This log for review please Click Here!" and then I should install and run Ad-aware but I do not know if I should do that or miss that part.

I am sorry, I'm not too good a t computers but I try my best. So the question is, should I install ad-aware, and after that install and run HijackThis? hope I have been understood... <_<

i just don't want to miss any step...

Thanks
