Ok, ive done that and it hasn't done it for like 1 week.

But its just done it now and its getting really annoying!!!

And i haven't told you this, but when my pc restarts in any way, like randomly restarting, my restarting it properly, or restarting it due to new software being installed, i log on and it says logging on and then commes up with this error message? (I will post a pic of it if i can find the pic in the recycle bin).

Then i click ok and it just showes the desktop background, and doesnt do anything at all? I have to restart it 3 times, then it will let me log on?

Really wiered, but i really need help fixing it!

Hi Allsortshop!

You said you did the self-help steps in the START HERE section in the Malware Forum, but have you posted a HijackThis log in that forum and have had a malware removal expert take a look at it? If you haven't I suggest you do so. If you have, please post a link to that thread.

Ok,

And this is the error message...

'The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005). Click ok to terminate the application.'

I click ok, then it takes like 5 minutes to load my desktop and then nothing happends?

Have a look at my other post regarding this issue...

Is that problem related to your current one?? Because you stated nothing in that previous thread pertaining to your computer randomly restarting on it's own...

According to the picture in your first post, in the OTHER thread, this is malware related, so please post a HJT log in the Malware Forum (The link to it is in my signature) and let an malware expert help you.

If you are still having problems aftering being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem.

Ok,

Ive downloaded it and done a scan and its come up with a log in a notepad document.

Ive got the notepad document saved, and its got all file paths in.

Where do i post the hijack log? (In what category)?

And do i attach the notepad document or just copy and paste all the text in?
