install32m.exe

ok sorry if im stupid but i dont think im posting right here ............ i have a minor prob where as i cant get rid of a thing that comes up every time i boot up saying it cant find install32m.exe or one of its componants ...... i have no idea what this is . and it didnt really bother me until today when i tried to play an mp3 cd and my comp froze and this came up .......... now i use to think it was just an issue involving some prog was trying to load on start up ...... and i have been told to try start run msconfig .... but that comes up as cant find.... pls help ....... you guys rock as far as help cause i have fixed my parents comp just from reading your forums ........ but now i need help ........ pls pls pls help me
