I can not get hotmail to work. I get a blank (white) screen that says "done" at the bottom and this is in the address window: http://loginnet.pass...c=1033&_lang=EN

I also can not get into my excite.com e-mail, and although I can read my yahoo.com e-mail, I can't delete, forward or reply to anything. The excite site says that "Right now, your browser's settings are configured to disable cookies and/or javascript." I suspect the problem has something to do with javascript. Maybe I deleted something I needed. HELP! I can't figure out how to enable javascript.

I have windows 98 and have re-installed it, but it didn't help. When I ran the list of dll's these four did not work, they had error messages:
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll

so what can I do next?
thanks so much, Jody

sorry for the delay in response, we have been very busy here lately.
Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

I fyou have already gotten your machine fixed please respond and let us know.

Thanks
