I have tried to delete msn and the toolbar from programs. computer will not allow me to delete. I was going to reinstall. I like msn toolbar. My proble is I keep getting message msntb_toolbar_full-Name#, if this is a new installion pleae quit computer and restart. Of course I have done this (at least 30 times)

I called verizon support and after being moved to 3 different sections, I was told I would be connected to data service. I waited one hour and thought that was long enough. I had asked for a direct line and was told only the regular telephone number line was available 1-888-553-1555.
