my computer keeps restarting. help please! |

hello. whenever my other computer gets to the windows xp welcome screen it restarts. i cant even log in, it just restarts. the day before, i think i got a bunch of spyware and pop ups that made my cpu really slow. I'm not sure what to do. can it be fixed?
