nail/aurora/popups [CLOSED], help meeeeee

New Member Posts: 1 OS: xp	so.. I have been on the phone with work with this for 2 hours now.. we cannot get rid of nail.exe or the aurora popups.. my computer needs a chill pill or at least a shower... could you please help me out with this... I dont know too much about how to do any of this so talk slow so I can get it thanks in advance Roche

Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log. Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet!
