non working Itunes

yes my Itunes has not worked for around a week now it says that there are missing files and wont open. i have tryed to uninstall it but it wont let me is says i need quick time so i downloaded it and still nothing. i want to fix it with out removing all of my music how can i do this confused1.gif

once completed you then can reinstall iTunes.
