i need help with my windows xp. My computer starts up regularly, but it won't let me into anything, not even the start menu. Its asking for actvation and it needs the product key, but i don't have it so it won't let me do anything else until the activation is done. I was wondering if theres a way to get the product key through the computer or something.

Well you could always call Microsoft and ask them to give you the product key - if you are using a legit verion ;).

is there a Certificate of Authenticty Sticker on the side of your machine....that is the key.....

I've called the company, but no help there and there's no key sticker on my computer. I dunno what else to do.
