ps3 loading problem, game loads on one console,not another

OS: windows xp
hello, wwf game smack down v raw will not load on childs console, yet loads on vendors shop console.illogical but vendor says game scratched. advice for a gaming novice needed and appreciated[font="Arial Black"][size="1"]

OS: Windows XP Professional SP2
get one of the discs with the lens cleaning strips of fabric and use it on your PS3. try the game again.
