Hi DomFather. Welcome to Geeks to Go!

The Recovery Console is asking for the password for the default Administrator user account. This is the account that was created during Windows' initial installation and setup. You may have left this password blank.

Well, that means the password is not blank. Since (if) your username is in the Computer Administrator group, you can log in as you and change the password for Administrator. Click Start, Run.., type in control userpasswords2. This should bring up a list of User Accounts. Highlight Administrator and click Reset Password.

What exactly are you trying to do in the Recovery Console? Maybe there's another way to accomplish it.
