regedit and taskmgr disabled by administrator (Windows Vista), Ran MalwareBytes and a bunch of other stuff but to no avail

Any help is appreciated, here's my HiJackThis log. Even this wasn't running, had to rename the file to something else like blah.exe for it to run.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused

hijackthis logs are only analyzed by malware staff

In the malware forum we would be glad to assist with hijackthis log's

Are you logged in as an administrator ???

Have you tried to login as an administrator ??? or tried an alternative account / create a new account ???

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
