The webpage at https://secure.ancestry.com/security/passwo...i.si=0&ti=0 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. More information on this error Below is the original error message Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED): Unknown error -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the error that I have. I've tried every browsers, cleared up cache and cookies, etc. I don't know what to do...it still wouldn't let me load into their secure account system. |

Hi difleha and welcome to Geeks to Go.
Have you also cleared the temp files. Download and run ATF Cleaner from my signature. Under Main...click on select all and then empty all. Try to log on again. BTW: It works for me. Have you tried going to http://www.ancestry.com/ and choosing the log in on top? |

Nope, still doesn't work. I've already done most of what you did and yes, I logged in with the log in on top.
