I have error "RECOVERY your pc needs fixing" 0xc0000001 When i try to access command prompt it tells me i need to sign in as administrator but there are none found on this computer. How can i sign in to anything if i cant boot the thing up in the first place? We are a small business and desperately need to be online asap
