It is highly recommended that you install your HijackThis Tool in a safe location where you can easily find them. It is suggested you place them in C:\HJT, that way it could create backups necessary for future restore.

HijackThis Log Fixes
Please close all remaining windows, disconnect from the internet, open HijackThis then click SCAN. Please put a check on the following items listed below:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O4 - Global Startup: Digital Line Detect.lnk = ?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sasmon] sasmon.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\eliteutg32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [fla] "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\flaclean.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [f] "c:\Program Files\Fla\flaclean.exe"

Make sure to double check the items you have selected,then click Fix Checked.
  • Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
  • Please locate
    * Fla
  • Click Uninstall
  • Confirm with OK
Click Here to download TheKillbox. Extract TheKillBox.exe from the zip file and double click it to open it up. In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste these entries one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

C:\sasmon.exe
C:\windows\system32\eliteutg32.exe
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\flaclean.exe

Click 'Exit' when done.

Note: If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, download and run: http://www.javacools...ngfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

Through Windows Explorer, delete the following folder(s) (in bold):
* c:\Program Files\Fla
Finally, Empty Recycle Bin

Please re-open HijackThis and press SCAN. Post a fresh new HijackThis Log.
