I need help trying to install the nutritrac program. I keep getting this fault about DSHELL caused a general protection fault in module MSCOMSTF.DLL at 0024:0120

what i typed is exactly what it said
someone from the support group for the software sent me an attached file that replaced my shell.dll file but it didn't help

you can get the MSCOMSTF.DLL here http://www.ezgoal.co...l.asp?id=188521 try replacing the one you have with this..

first...do a file search for MSCOMSTF.DLL and change the name to MSCOMSTF.old
then unzip the zip file from above and save the MSCOMSTF.DLL to the location of the other one...see if that does it

There was no file found with that name when i unzip this file do i put it in windows/system 32 or system file or both.

when you do the file search...make sure you check the advanced options to search for hidden files and folders

you put the new file in the exact same location as the old file

sorry i made a mistake it found the file i just downloaded not the old one.
