programs for differnt users in winXP

new to winXP, I have a program I want all users of my PC to be able to use,how can I share this with them, it shows in my program list, but not theirs. also what do I need to be able to view .ani files?

.ani files are animated cursors...usually

When you install a program in Windows XP, it will usually be available to other users even if an icon is not present. You shoudl be able to make it available by going directly to the program excutable in c:\program files\{program name} and right clicking and choose SEND TO DESKTOP (as shortcut) while logged in as that person you want to have access to the program
