I am running Windows XP Pro service pack 2 and I have recently ran into the following issues:

1. I cannot just click on a user icon to log on anymore. It just is stuck there. I need to do control-alt-delete to get the log in window to log in. I double checked that I do not have this as an option that it is necessary to use control-alt-delete to log in.
2. I cannot drag and drop files any more with windows explorer.
3. I was working in MS Excel 2003 when all of a sudden it started
crashing, then when I reopened the file I was working in
the pointer had a page doc attached to the tip of it. Now
when I open the files and click on a cell it automatically
highlights the cells in any direction you move the mouse.
I am wondering if maybe the file may be corrupted but then
again it does the same thing in a new file opened within
excel. I am not having any other problems in my other
programs.

Any suggestions?
