Hi,

I'm trying to get ride of some problems/viruses using detailed instructions. To do this I need to have my computer in safe mode. The problem is my mouse does not work when my computer is in safe mode. So I'm unable to gt to anything without my mouse. Please advise...

usb or ps2 mouse? They should work in safemode. What kind of mouse

Try droppoing into bios and enabling LEGACY USB

I think it is a PS2 mouse. I'm comlpletely computer illiterate so I'm not quite sure. Where would I locate BIOS???
