What do you guys think of this graphics card:

Ati Radeon x600SE 256 MB..

Is it better than the x1300PRO 356 MB?

I know they aren't top graphics card but i'd like to know which of the two is better....

The X1300Pro would be faster than the X600SE. A regular X600 has 12Gb/second memory bandwidth but the X600SE that you posted has half of the regular X600 would be. SE means slower, half as slow to be exact.


The X1300Pro comes in 3 different Memory Interfaces..

The 128bit version would have 16Gb/second memory bandwidth

The 64bit version would have 8Gb/s memory bandwidth

The 32bit vesion would have 4Gb/s memory bandwidth.

So the 128 bit version or the 64 bit version of the card will be faster than an x600se would be..

Get a x1300 in a 128bit version if its a good price.

The 64bit version is still faster than the x600se would be but the x600se uses a 64bit memory interface also.

thank you very much...just a curiosity...what does SE stand for? cause LE stands for Light Edition...but SE?

All I know is that the SE on a video card means slower than the original. About half as slow.

They cut the memory interface in half also.
