Computer cuts off

I have a Dell Dimension 2300 and when I turn it on, it tries to come on and stay however, after a little while it clicks off, and sometime goes through the restarting process. I have gone through and cleaned the dust collection, have put in new memory, however, it is still doing the shutting off, can you possible help me with this?

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Can you boot into safe mode? Press F8 as it boots up. See if you can get into safe mode
