PRODUCT SELECTION MODEL NUMBER SERIAL NUMBER
Copiers al1642cs 5505776x

COMMENT
I am tring to install my copier to my computer. I keep getting a message
that says "C:windowsystemautoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for
running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. Choose close to
terminate the application." I select to ignore it and it locks up my
computer. I select to cancel and it also locks up my computer. Please
give any suggestions to help me get this copier installed.

I even went and bought a Lexmark 4200 series to get it indtalled and I still get the same message. I
called Epson and he had me go into c: , then to windows, then to repair, and look for an autorun file. He told me without this file I could not install the printer. Can you tell me where to get this file or how to resolve this problem. I have a daycare and need to print out my invoices. Help me pleEEEEEEese!!!!!!!

Thanks
