I have been thinking about joining the Geek U, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what you get (Tools etc) when you join.

Thank you

Please PM Kat and/or ScHwErV and they can explain the process of being accepted into and going through training. :) We need more helpers. :tazz:

You'll be required to buy a 36v Dewalt hammer drill, and a 16# sledge. :)

The 36v Dewalt for me, and the 16# sledge for those stubborn infections. :tazz:

Seriously, the tools you use in GeekU are freely availaible at many places on the Internet. We don't have a secret stash of tools. You get tools appropriate for the stage of learning you advance toward. The farther you get in training, the more advanced the tools become. You will learn when to use them, and how to use them properly.

*cry* :tazz:
Now why didnt I get any of those? :)

haha, j/k.

Hey Barros, theyre LYING! We get all kinds of sweet tools to use, but I dont see why errors pop up after using them...
Heres a list of some of them:

[removed]

and all the programs listed here:

http://www.spywarewa...nti-spyware.htm

And they even teach you how to make a really cool screen called the BSoD
(Blue Screen of Death)

Too bad I have to buy a new computer everytime i make it work... Oh well..

EDIT: lol.. i dont wanna be misleading so ill just tell you everything i said above was crap.
THOSE ARE ALL MALWARE AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEM.. lol..

Erm, as I said in that PM to you earlier, you learn how to fight malware and how to fix many malware related things. You make new friends and learn some of the people around here.

About the PM, he Pm'd me asking what GeekU is like and what you get from it. That's the same reply I gave him. Hope it was okay... :tazz:
