Possibly a time difference thing, not sure what it is there, but it is also the weekend, which won't help

Ive SOLVED IT! I had it plugged into a usb 1.1 and the mode it needed to be on was usb 2.0 so i finally plugged it into a 2.0 and it works. thanks for all the help. :tazz: gotta love geekstogo. my favorite place for tech help. thanks man

but i have another problem off topic. maybe you can help. ive got a video clip i want to put in a movie im making in windows movie maker and i want to cut about 20 seconds off the end of it and everytime i do it makes the whole video just a green screen. how can i trim the video?

no after, but as it turns out i just had to restart the video from the beggining and it worked. idk why...i guess it jsut had to reset or something.
