Can someone please help me unistall this f..... toolbar that my friend accidentally installed when he borrowed my lap top. It is bogging down my windows me as wel as the explorer.

I have run avg .... it does not pick it up
I have run spydoctor .... no luck
Trojan hunter ... no luck

I go to add and remove programs . highlight it and click ok
but when I rescan the list of programs there it is.

I looked for the website ...which i believe to be versimedia and it is not found.

I have right clicked and the the program asks if you wish to remove it., but when you click nothing happens.


I am now bald on one side of my head, slightly crosseyed and am developing some kind of rash on my face. HELP
