:tazz: I got a really curious question. My friend had told me that if I own a mac, I could reformat it and use Microsoft Windows as an operating system. Is that really possible? Would there be errors in in doing so?

Perhaps on the machines that will be coming out (or perhaps are out now), but in the past the CPU was not the same, so it would not work.

Also, the rest of the machine needs to work the same way, which was not true in the past. Perhaps the machine with the Intel chips would work, but I would doubt it.

One question is why would you want to do that. If you have a Mac, you are better off running OSX than Windoze.

I like the specs in Mac and the light weight but I am not very used to in using the programs in Mac and there's a lot of programs that Mac doesn't support compared to Windows.

you can run virtual pc inside of osx, but you wont get the same performance (i would assume) but it will run your windows programs flawlessly on a mac. again, i dont know why you would want to, if you have a perfectly good mac.
