...it asks me what I would like to search for.

When I open any of the sub-folders of My Documents (My Documents opens normally), it brings me to a search window instead, asking me which file I would like to search for. I can't figure out how to override this - I can access the folders by alternate ways, but they are time-consuming. Can anybody help?
Much appreciated

Hi speedway!

Please right click this LINK, choose SAVE LINK AS or SAVE TARGET AS, and save it somewhere on your computer where you will remember where it is located. Then find the file on your computer and double-click it to run it. Click YES to the warning: Are you sure you want to add the information in FILE LOCATION HERE\folderopenssearch.reg to the registry? Then reboot your computer and once rebooted, try opening a folder.
