When I reformatted my whole computer and took everything off, but after that my computer wouldn't use sound or let me install my wireless connection. I have asked for help from another staff member, he told me to post a report from Everest. That was about a week and a half to two weeks ago. Not trying to rush you all, I know you all have lifes. If you guys can help it will be well appreciated, thank you guys later.

Hi Efeezy20!

I have your Everest report from your previous topic. What I need for you to do now is right-click MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES. In the new windwo that appears, click the HARDWARE tab and then the DEVICE MANAGER button. Look through the items in the new window that appears and list here everything that has a yellow exclamation/question mark next to it.
