Hi.
I'm not sure if you remember but I posted a new topic here before called "Virus Problems" and explained my problem.

I get spyware from the Internet that puts viruses on my computer and it won't let me start my computer. It says "Explorer.exe failed" and most of the spyware installs itself on my computer with names like AlfaCleaner and SpySheriff.

You guys gave me some helpful links and I followed all the instructions, but when I rebooted I still couldn't log in normally.

You mentioned something about HijackThis. Where exactly can I get this program at and how do I use it?

P.S. Right now I am in Safe Mode with networking. Thats the only way I can get in touch with you guys.

Yes, that is the link I had gotten earlier. None of that stuff appeared to help.

Hijack This is one of the programmes you can get there

If you cannot get that then post a topic in Malware to explain any errors you get trying to run the programmes

You may need to use another PC to download some of the programmes
