also having problems trying to get updates. When trying to update verizon with msn, I get an error stating ( WebMon internal state is invalid )

(114 Error: FFFFFFFF) then it tells me to try again later. have tried a few times and still get the same error. also am unable to do updates for windows xp and also IE. I have also ran all the programs that was asked of me before posting this log. thank you so much for all of your time
