When I'm on the computer a box comes up saying SVC host, it dos'nr same to effect the computer as such, it slows it slightly, but it only appears when i go online, any ideas

mine it just slows down a shyte load and when i check out task manger svchost is taking up like 98 or so % of my cpu power
