I would like to convert tables made in MS Word to HTML tables. I'll be honest, I have no idea where to start. How would I go about reading a word file to filter out table sections? Also, I would like to use C#.

Its not the exact solution but it tells you about some features of the Microsoft Word 9.0 Object Library COM object, and how it can be used in .NET
