when i turn on my pc in log up to my desktop, but im only able to move my mouse withhout acomplishing anything then it logs me off to the welcome screen. i can boot in safe mode and use everything but i dont know what to fix

I guess your user profile has corrupted.
this time log in to safemode as administrator and create a new user.
Then restart and see you still have the same problem with the new user. If not try copying all the my documents and other stuff from the old user to new.

I think it is more likely you have a malware infection....


Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
