Accessories-->accessibility folder. When I go to the explorer, and try to open let's say a C drive, I get the hour glass and thats where the story ends. Everything responds and I can use other programms, but the hour glass never diappears. So I have to do Ctrl+Alt+Del to shut it down. My iTUnes used to import folders of music from other locations on the drive into iTunes. Now I get same symptoms. In safe mode, everything works perfectly.
I also cannot complete Norton Windows Doctor or One Button heck. It get's to some file and hangs up there. Some two letter name with PIF in the end. PLEASE NOTE: I ran Ewido and my antivirus is up to date. I have no Malware. Please tell me what solutions there are. It is obviously configuration or some other stuff problem. I just want to know what should I delete to make this extremely frustrating annoynace

Thank you.
