is their some way to write an html so that when a vistior comes to the given url like www.website.com they can be automaticlly be redirected to another site?

in your <head> area add:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="X;URL=internet_address">

where "X" is replaced with the number of seconds you want the page to display until it goes to the new URL. Internet_address is replaced with the URL of the web site you want to link to.
