please can someone be really specific on how to help me with my problem, see every movie that i play the screen is light blue, it says sometimes i need a certain codec to playt that file. i need instruction on how to get this codec or what i need to download.

Please, and thank you :tazz: :)

(it happens wit windows media player and realplayer)

every kind of fle that uses wndows media player or realplayer is blue

Hello pimq,

Before we make any changes, please create a System Restore point.

To create a system restore point, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
