Windows XP repair problems

Hi, Im trying to repair my Windows XP using the instructions in this article by admin:
http://www.geekstogo...p?showtopic=138

The problem is, I get stuck on a screen.
The blue screen loads all the drivers and such, but then it just gets stuck at "Setup is starting Windows"
and wont budge..

Any suggestions?
