When I go on explorer, I can't type in and address or use the history. Explorer freezes. I can only use my favorite's. I had Norton pw manager and I would get this error " unable to load reguired resource library." I called Norton and they had me remove it. Did no thelp, then I called Gateway and spent 4 hours and still not getting anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
