My son is running XP Home edition that has just had the SP2 'upgrade'. Frequently (almost constantly) now when accessing the internet, Explorer (6.1?) reports a fault and shuts down. He's also running the McAfee Privacy service - could this be a conflict with the pop-up blocker or other such feature - I've downloaded every update that's avaible for both XP/Explorer and McAfee and both are up to date - any suggestions on how to stop Explorer dropping out ? Thanks
