Not sure what section would be approriate, as this problem currently affects sound from DVD playback ONLY.

I've only noticed it today, so I don't think it existed before then...XD Anyways, the prob is the sound sounds kinda bubbly/reverberated no matter what DVD or what player I use. It's really annoying. If anyone could help, i'd appreciate it. And again, it sound completely normal, but...well, like they're gargling water as they speak. XD;

Update: tested drive on High Speed and Silence mode, problem is apparent in both so i'd say it's not a hardware problem.

Critical Update: It's doing the same with music C.D's...still not affecting anything else, MP3's still playing fine. But, this is really annoying!! It's obviously SOMETHING to do with the drive..hardware or software..dunno, can SOMEONE please help?
