My friend has a Nvidia GeForce 256 and the terrian on generals is black, and I tried to find some drivers for this card on their website but the one I downloaded did not work for him.

Can anyone find the drivers for this card if there are any? Or does he have to live the black terrian bug? Please, help, the game runs fast and good, but its just annoying.

(Edit: As I played it on his computer it would turn white and shift back sometimes.)

He should probably get a new video card. Lets face it, a Geforce 256 is OLD!

He can't.

It is old, but it runs the game well surpisingly.

I had the same problem with my Geforce 2, can't remember which version of Nvidia's drivers I was using.

Try installing the 71.89 drivers, I think they were the last drivers to support the 256 card.
