I want to do a fresh install. PC is crashed hard.I can't use f8 to get to safe mode. When the Norton Program comes on, it only allows you to go back 3 days and that doesn't help...It says you have an option to disable the GoBack program.. when youtry to disable it, it says that Norton needs to reboot.. Screen goes black execpt for the lil typing cursor in dos promt and locks up. I tried to get it to boot off cd or floppy and it soesn't want too..
What's up??
Do you think the hard drive crashed???????
