windows explorer error

hey all, can someone help me, my explorer doesn't work, and everytime i try to open a map a program called drwatson32 is started, which seems as it'd doing nothing and it shuts down after some minutes. this program makes it inpossible for me to access my explorer. does anyone know how to fix this?
